We are image consultants which solemnly recommend our affiliates. Below is a list of Designers, Artist, Galleries and Affiliates with very important to follow policies and disclaimers for each designer affiliate, some designers follow TRUE2U Lifestyle Policies, Terms and Conditions.

Our policy lasts15 daysfor regular priced items for exchange or store credit. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.Wedo not acceptproducts without their intact hygienic liner label, used items,jewelry/accessories or Gift Cards/Certificates. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until agreed upon with Customer Service.
Refunds (if applicable): We only refund items with manufacturing defects or damages.If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged,unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective items (if applicable): We only replace items with manufacturing defects or damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@albaenid.com, once Customer Service contacts you, you can send your item to: 255 Calle de la Cruz, San Juan, Puerto Rico US 00901.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the store credit to the gift giver.
Shipping: Once you have contacted Customer Service at info@albaenid.com, and we have agreed on the return, you can mail your product to: 255 Calle de la Cruz, San Juan, Puerto Rico US 00901. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Care Avoid rough surfaces. Wash your swimsuits with mild detergent, if possible with extra delicate detergents and cold water. Lay flat to dry. Chlorine, lotions and tanners may permanently stain or damage your swimsuit.

SOFIA TORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website is owned and operated by SJET, LLC. This privacy policy only covers information collected at this website, and does not cover any information collected offline.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 7 days of payment. Express Shipping orders will be shipped as soon as possible within 7 days.
NOTE: Orders, including Express Shipping, placed from July 10th, 2018 to July 25th 2018 will be ship on August 1, 2018. Orders, including Express Shipping, placed from July 26th 2018 to July 30th will ship on August 1, 2018 or within 7 days.
Shipping within the United States and its territories:
Via United States Post Service Priority Mail or Express Priority Mail. Shipping Rates: $7 per order via Priority Mail and $25 per order via Express Priority Mail.
We send every order in a new and pristine shipping box, if your package arrives with damages to the extend that the items inside got affected, to be able to exchange them, its your responsibility to take pictures and send them to us via email at sofia.tort@me.com within 5 days of receipt.
If you wish any other service feel free to contact us at sofia.tort@me.com, we will try to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that we ship from Puerto Rico and an extra charge, depending on the service, will apply.
Shipping to the rest of the world, the shipping charge will be $45 and the shipping service will be decided by the seller depending on the destination. We are not responsable for damages caused during shipping or opened packages . We are also not responsable for lost packages.
Shipping charge is non-refundable.
Return Policy
SOFIA TORT will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with all SOFIA TORT tags still attached and must be in their original packaging, if not a 50% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the returned item shipping cost. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, within 15 days of SOFIA TORT receiving the item. You can return or exchange the item within 5 days of the date of receipt. Items on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable and they may have limited damage.
Repairs and Replating
If your SOFIA TORT piece needs to be repair or replated, please email us, attaching a picture of the piece that needs repairing at . Not every piece is repairable or replateable, and some charges may apply, including, but not limited to, the shipping costs of this pieces. We are not responsable for additional damages or lost that maybe caused during the reparation, replacing or shipping.

Returns

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. We don’t issue refunds, we are happy to accept your return forstore credit only. We cannot guarantee availability on items.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is aFINAL SALEand isnot eligible for return.
Items can be returned forstore credit only. If you are not satisfied with the piece you purchased, all returns must be received within14 days*of purchase date. Returned items must remainun-washed andunworn(in good conditions). We are not responsible for washed items, even if following wash instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns on any of ourskin care productsand jewelry (handcrafted soaps, coffee body scrubs, bath salts, sea sponges, dōTERRA essential oils, earrings, rings and necklaces). Our skin care products and jewelry are very personal items.
